How to Redeem physical rainchecks, BOGOs, and vouchers

Hi Team,

Here is information about physical rain checks, BOGOs (Buy One Get One), and vouchers and how to redeem them. 

Steps:

1. Identify voucher as one of these products in Aluvii. Please ensure that voucher is not expired. 

Example:

BOGO and Raincheck Aluvii products:

• All Day All Park
• Water Park Combo
• Single Aqua Park Session Rain check/BOGO 
• All Day Aqua Park
• 2 hour Wake (with beginner equipment)
• 2 hour Wake BYOG
• 2 hour Climbing Tower

We have two forms of rainchecks. Guest Management and physical vouchers. Please redeem Guest Management rainchecks by writing “USED” in the notes and ringing in the $0 product. This is so we can control park capacity. Rain checks are issued when a guest has started their reservation and their session is disrupted (lightning, high winds of 35+ mph, wildlife nuisance, or maintenance. This is issued only by approval of the manager on duty.)

Example:

1. Once redeemed and charged for any other purchases, and then issue wristbands associated with that session/product. There are products for each of these vouchers in Aluvii. Redeem them the same way you would redeem a $0 groupon voucher. 

1. Put the physical voucher in the cash drawer all the way to the left at the Pro Shop desk. Slide it in the slot.
